Hussein leads operations, growth execution, hiring, launch coordination, and the day-to-day machinery that turns HCS from big idea into actual company.

Before HCS, he built his career in HR and large-team delivery, giving him the people, process, and execution background behind the company’s operating rhythm.

Off-duty, Hussein is a Pokémon-playing, Man United-supporting beach holiday loyalist - with Thailand very firmly at the top of the list.

Jenna Reda, Co-Founder & CEO

Jenna created the HumAIn Standard and leads the company’s vision, product direction, platform strategy, and the way each HumAIn actually feels in conversation.

Before HCS, she worked across Apple and Business Insider, bringing together creative thinking, product instinct, and a slightly unreasonable obsession with how people connect.

Outside HCS, Jenna sketches portraits, writes coming-of-age fiction, and spends her free time with her tiny flock of birds.
